100% Customer Satisfaction is our goal. We stand behind any garment you purchase from American Eagle Imagewear. We will gladly replace or refund the full purchase amount, including shipping, for any defect in workmanship, including embroidery.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button or you can send an email to: vpopseagle@aol.com   We will send you an email with a Return Authorization # and the address to return your item(s). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

For Security reasons all orders MUST ship to an AAFES Facility.  NO order can ship to a home address or a Post Office Box.

If your item is in stock, generally we will ship within 24 hours.  During COVID, manufacturers are in short supply of some items.  "Awaiting Fulfillment" status for more than a few days almost always means one or more items are out of stock and we are waiting for replenishment stock to ship your order. It does not mean that we are sitting on your order.  For items not currently in stock, you can almost always expect that your order will ship within 5 to 10 days but in some cases it may be more than 30 days.

If your order total is less than $85.00, a nominal charge of $8.95 is added to your order to cover some of the packing and shipping expense. If you order total is over $85.00 and you are a customer in the Continental US, then simply select FREE SHIPPING in the shopping cart at checkout and your order will ship for FREE! Non-CONUS and overseas orders are not eligible for the free shipping offer due to the high cost of shipping.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

All overseas (APO/FPO), Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped via the U. S. Postal Service - Priority Mail.  Packages shipped to a CONUS address will ship via the small parcel carrier (FEDEX, UPS, USPS) of choice of American Eagle.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based or dimension based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
